Shipping Options & Fees

Free Economy Shipping

  • Available on smaller decor items (under 5 lbs and less than 18" in any dimension)
  • Delivery timeframe: 5-10 business days
  • No minimum purchase required

Standard Shipping

  • Applied to larger decor items and textiles (5-20 lbs or dimensions exceeding 18")
  • Flat rate: $15.95
  • Delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days

Premium Shipping

  • Required for furniture and oversized items (over 20 lbs or requiring special handling)
  • Rates calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location
  • Delivery timeframe: 7-14 business days
  • White glove delivery options available for select pieces at additional cost

Order Processing

Once you've placed your order, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at hello@smithanddaughterinteriors.com.

Antique and Fragile Items

We take exceptional care in packaging all items, with special attention to antiques and fragile pieces. These items may require additional processing time to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
