- Changed your mind? It happens! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Received a faulty item? We'll refund your money or send you a replacement—your choice.
- Wrong size or item? We'll swap it over, no questions asked.
- Any other reason you're not satisfied? We'll aim to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds & Exchanges Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email with:
- Your name
- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, changed mind, etc.)
- What you'd like (exchange or refund)
Eligibility Requirements:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be in the same condition you received them
- Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Special Considerations
- Smaller Decor Items (under 5 lbs and less than 18" in any dimension): These items qualify for free return shipping if you're not satisfied.
- Larger Items: Return shipping for larger items is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Antique & Vintage Items: Due to their unique nature, we handle returns of antique items on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns with antique purchases.
Refund Details
- Your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
